FAQs
When water or wastewater needs to move uphill, across a flat site, or into a pressurised system, a pump chamber does the work gravity can't. Common jobs: boosting tank-fed water pressure, managing stormwater, and transferring wastewater.
It depends on your application, flow volume, and site. Our range runs from 30L pump sumps to 2100L chambers. Send us your project details and we'll spec the right one.
Pricing depends on the model and spec. You'll find current pricing on each product page, or get in touch with your project details and we'll help you land on the right chamber for your project and budget.
Our chambers arrive fully assembled and ready to install, so the on-site work is straightforward. That said, connection to water, wastewater, or stormwater systems is regulated work in New Zealand and needs to be carried out by a licensed plumber or drainlayer.
Yes, but not much. Periodic checks on the pump, floats, and alarms keep it running reliably. Ours arrive factory tested, so you’re starting with a system that’s ready to go the moment it arrives.
It depends what you're pumping. Vortex suits stormwater and standard wastewater. Grinder is for pressure sewer systems, sewage, and long distances needing higher pressure pumping. Not sure? Talk to our team.
